Ambrosia is a term used to describe wood that has been affected by the Ambrosia Beetle. This beetle bores it's way through the flute creating a fungus that grows inside the bore it has made and later comes back to eat. This fungus creates interesting patterns in the wood. I decided to orient the one long streak along the top. The streak on the side makes me think of music floating from the mouth of the crow. Em can be a good key to accompany the guitar.

This flute has a nice full, rich tone. It is graced with my Laughing Crow Maple Burl Eagle.
