Old Growth Western Red Cedar Flute (Fractal Enhancements)
Similar to my regular Western Red Cedar Flutes, which are so popular, I've taken this one to another level. The patterns are burned into the wood using 8,000 volts. Every pattern is unique and somewhat tricky to "control". Never mind the high voltage that can kill while creating the patterns if the craftsperson becomes careless. Dangerous and beautiful, I've enjoyed learning this new-to-me technique.
Created from Old Growth Western Red Cedar, not only is this flute beautiful to see and hold, it sounds fabulous. No two will ever be the same. This is truly a unique piece that is a joy to play and hear.
